Welcome back, we’ve missed you!
Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. We at lo & behold beauty already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers and adhere to (and exceed) both Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and regulations.
The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and well-being of you and ourselves during your visit:
I am currently only taking clients who reside within Peterborough and the Kawarthas. If you have traveled within Toronto, Peel Region, Windsor-Essex, or York Region please refrain from booking an appointment for a minimum of 14 days.
There is to be one client and myself in the spa at any given time. Please call upon arrival. (705)243-9148
Please limit the number of personal items you bring into the spa.
Upon arrival and before entering, please use hand sanitizer provided on table outside of the spa entrance and put on mask (also provided) if you do not have your own.
A screening questionnaire is to be completed, signed and dated upon arrival and non-contact temperature will be taken.
Refresher courses on COVID-19 and Salon/Spa Infection Control have been taken with certificates earned (displayed is spa)
We wash our hands thoroughly and use hand sanitizer before and after contact with every client.
Our spa uses an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit.
Chlorine bleach and Medical Grade Sanitizers are used for cleaning the spa.
Personal Protective equipment, including but not limited to, masks, face shields , and disposable gloves will be used and changed between clients
We ask that you please stay home if you’re feeling sick, and the same goes for us here at lo & behold beauty. We will be happy to work with you to schedule another appointment as soon as you are feeling better. We are working hard to keep you and the spa community safe, and we know we can count on you too.
